1.How we collect and use your personal information

When you use our products and/or services, your personal information may be collected and used in the following scenarios:

(1) Information that you provide when you create an account.

When you choose to create a vBate account with your email address or mobile phone number, we will collect this kind of contact information. We may send emails, text messages, or push notifications to you. You may follow the relevant notice to unsubscribe related services. If you do not have a vBate account or use vBate without login, you will not be regarded as a client of vBate. There will be no business relationship between you and vBate when you use vBate without login.


(2) When you use our Services, we may automatically collect and store your usage information of vBate products and services. This kind of usage information includes but is not limited to how you access our services, your actions on the Services (“Usage Information”).


(3) We’ll only access your device camera and photo album with your permission when you want to upload photos on vBate help center, update your account profile image.


(4) We’ll only access your device microphone with your permission when you want to search stocks or place a trade with voice command.


(5) We will only access or device the calendar with your permission when you want to add alerts or economic data to your calendars.


(6) Due to anti-money laundering obligations and in accordance with laws and regulations When you apply for opening a trading account, you may be asked to provide your identity information including name, nationality country of legal residence, ID number, email address, residential address, marital status, date of birth, etc.

2. How we use cookies and similar technologies

For your cookies in web services, you can manage Cookies in the content settings as your preference, most browsers give you the ability to manage Cookie features. At the same time, you can enable the “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) feature so that you will not be tracked by cookies.

You can also designate an authorized agent to exercise these rights on your behalf, but we will require proof that the person is authorized to act on your behalf and may also still ask you to verify your identity with us directly.

6. Accessing and Modifying Your Personal Information

If you are a registered user of our Services, we provide you with tools and account settings to access, correct, delete, or modify the personal information you provided to us and associated with your account. You can also permanently delete your vBate account. When your accounts have been deactivated, your account, including your name, username, and public profile, is not viewable on vBate.

7. How we protect minors’ information

The Services are not directed to children, we do not intentionally collect information from children, and we request that children not provide any personal information to us. If you have any concerns about your child’s privacy, please contact us at support@logicielservice.com. We will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible should we learn that we have unintentionally collected personal information from your child without your consent.

8. How does your information move globally

Since we provide products and services all over the world, this means that after obtaining your authorization and consent, your personal information may be transferred to the overseas jurisdiction of the country/region where you use our product and services or accept their jurisdictions. Such jurisdictions may have different data protection laws. In such cases, we will ensure that your personal information is adequately and equally protected. For example, we will request your consent for cross-border transfer of personal information or implement security measures such as data de-identification before cross-border data transfer.

All services of vBate are subject to this Privacy Policy, however, some services have their own specific privacy guidance/statement. Some specific privacy guidance/statements describe how we process your information in the service more specifically. If this Privacy Policy is inconsistent with the privacy guidance/statement of a particular service, the privacy policy of that service shall prevail.
